initial cleaning...

These cleanings are the very first clean of any new client.  They include every service a Standard clean entails as well as  a more detailed windows/sills and baseboard cleaning. Doors/frames will also be wiped down. Initial cleans are deeper more detailed cleans of the home in order to reach a base point for recurring cleanings.  With this said, this cleaning does last longer than a typical Standard. Because of that, deeper cleans are placed at an hourly rate, whereas, recurring cleanings are placed at a flat rate. 

 

Initials are the only time that detailed window/sill cleanings as well as a more detailed cleaning of baseboards are included.  Going forward, these two particular services can be done but at an extra cost each.  However, window and baseboard maintenance is included during every cleaning.  Also, for those with fur babies that tend to excessively shed, there may be an additional cost included within the rate you are given for the recurring cleans.  

 

Additional services offered with scheduled cleanings:

  • interior oven cleaning minimum $60
  • interior of fridge cleaning minimum $60
  • excessive pet hair minimum $10
  • bed changing/making $10 per bed 
  • window track cleaning minimum $60 
    • exterior windows is an additional up-charge (windows must be able to flip inside)
  • blind dusting minimum $20
  • detailed baseboard cleaning minimum $60
  • garage cleaning minimum $140

 

(unfortunately laundry services, wall washing, patio furniture and carpet cleanings are not offered at this time)


standard cleaning...

These types of cleans are for those who continue to have recurring cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis after an Initial clean of the home is done. Standards typically consist of the following: 

  • dusting of all rooms
  • dusting of all accessible baseboards 
  • dusting of all accessible ceiling fans
  • all surfaces wiped clean and disinfected 
  • exterior kitchen cabinets wiped down
  • interior/exterior of microwave cleaned
  • sink cleaned and disinfected 
  • exterior/top of stove cleaned
  • exterior of dishwasher wiped down
  • exterior of fridge wiped down
  • counters wiped clean
  • backsplash wiped down as needed
  • small appliances wiped down 
  • all wood and stainless steal cleaned & polished
  • leather wiped down
  • bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
  • all switchplates cleaned
  • interior/exterior of toilet
  • sinks/vanities cleaned and disinfected 
  • showers/tubs completely scrubbed down
  • window/sill maintenance
  • all glass sliders and mirrors wiped down
  • all floors vacuumed and/or mopped
  • trash removal

Standard cleans with two cleaners typically range from 2-3.5 hours depending on the frequency of cleanings. All product and equipment are supplied so no worries there! Any service not included within a Standard maintenance clean will be at an additional cost.

move-in cleanings...

I don't know about you, but the entire process of moving is extremely stressful.  Not only do you have to make the time around your already busy schedule to organize and pack up your entire life, but you also want to make sure that wherever you are moving to has been completely cleaned and disinfected.  This service offers a thorough cleaning prior to your official move in date with the flexibility that you need.  These cleaning tasks may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, spot cleaning, shining and polishing, organizing, and emptying of any trash.  A thorough cleaning will be done of each room and bathroom within the home. This cleaning service ensures that you are moving into a home where you can spend less time with the initial clean, and more time making your new house or apartment your home.  

 

move-out cleanings...

This cleaning service offers the same peace of mind that a Move-in Cleaning offers.  Moving out of a home is a lot of work, especially with all that needs to be done once all your possessions have been cleared out.  You may not realize just how much cleaning needs to be done once everything is removed from the walls, closets, floor, etc.  This service helps to alleviate the stress of having to worry about just that!  Cleaning tasks involve the same as a Move-in Cleaning but with more emphasis on the requirements that need to be met when moving out, especially when moving out of an apartment complex where receiving your deposit back depends on the state of the apartment you were living in.  Additional tasks may be included within this package for an additional charge as well such as filling in any holes in the walls or completing a basic paint job of those walls afterwards if needed.

 

pet-related services...

(only offered if there is availability to do so)

I offer basic pet related services as well. These types of services include dog walking, let outs, and feedings.  Cats are also included. If you need someone to take care of your fur babies while at work or on vacation, I will be more than happy to do that for you. Pet- related services are offered alone and do not need to be combined with any cleaning service unless that is what you need.
